Re-Designed and Re-Released

We've redesigned and re-released a number of our bedroom sets. You have to see these sets in person to appreciate the quality and creativity that has gone into them.

Now that the formal stuff is out of the way; I want to make my first installment of diffusing the new SexXx Drive Menu. Packed with so menu features; its hard to appreciate the extensive engineering of this new menu.

Today's Feature - Fabricator:

There is a timeless dilemma content creator's face; whether on Second Life or in cyber-space in

general; and that is the issue of IP Rights or Intellectual Property Rights. From a legal stand point IP - is the protection of a person's creations; in any world. From a Second Life stand point - these rights are complicated by the diverse styles of the masses and the limited mechanisms of protection within the Second Life content creation scope

Often, customers want a versatile product; this means making it modifiable so that it can be encompassed into the unique lifestyles and personalities of those who own them. But this also means, handing over the ability to have content ripped off, duplicated and essentially stolen.

Keeping this in mind - we were faced with a number of concerns of how we would go about making our products end-user compatible, but still give us the ability to perserve our IP rights. So first; we examined what the biggest concerns customers had about not being able to modify a product. The primary concern was always one that involved textures and customizing fabrics.

The solution - although complicated was a simple to use Fabricator.

The Fabricator allows the customers to perserve the factory-settings, while allowing them to create their own custom texture options. Just follow the step by step instructions given by the drop-down menu, and instantly you've got personalized textures and furniture that compliments who you are.

(Bonus information: Some sets come with more than 1 Factory Setting, so you can enjoy a number of different styles with the push of a button)

Mo' MoCap (And a SexXx Drive Release!)

So, I have a couple of exciting announcements:

First - we have 5 more Motion Capture (MoCap) Animations. This second release includes 5 of the sweetest cuddly cuddles ever. More importantly than the fact that they are cutting edge technology - because really who cares about all that tech-jazz - these animations capture matchless cuddling moments; distinct is a good word. You haven’t seen animations like these, that much I can assure you of. So drop by and test drive them:

And I saved the best news for last. The new SexXx Drive Menu is finally ironed out. We’re kicking it off with a re-release of one of our

Poofs n Things - The Story.

A number of years ago; 4 and a half to be exact, Ashley and I started off our Second Life entrepreneurship with small little gift shop specializing in poofs (particle emitters) and custom necklaces - hence the name Poofs n Things.

However, like Second Life - our little boardwalk business has grown 10-fold and now carries a wide range of unique gifts of unprecedented quality. And while, we will will alway value our small business family ideals, we know how important it is to grow and adapt to the many changes that are Second Life.

And in an effort to bring a more cohesive business model, we have revamped Neva Naughty and renamed Poofs n Things; which will now be know as Forever Eden.

The idea behind Forever Eden is one of endurance. Eden where all things began and forever, where nothing ever ends. This is our vision for Forever Eden; to continue bringing you the service and quality you expect from the Neva Naughty family of companies, to be consistent and lasting, as forever. Yet, find new ways to bring you the best products and ideas, new ways to adapt and grow with Second Life, an Eden of innovation and imagination.

Calling All Mentors & Friendly of the Friendliest

I would like to announce that Neva Naughty Designs, in conjunction with some of the greatest Residents that ever were - is developing a Mentor Program to help integrate new residents and provide positive SL experiences for everyone involved.

Your mission is simple! And there are a number of ways you can help:

1. If you would like to be a mentor (and more details about mentoring) please drop NevaNaughty Magic and IM in world - and we will be happy to provide you with a notecard that includes application form, and details the Mentor Mission. (Absolutely Free to Apply.)

2. If you would like to contribute items; such as clothes, toys, accessories and tutorials, please drop them on NevaNaughty Magic. (Use a folder, Name it "Mentor Package - Your Full Name".)

** Restrictions Apply: The items must be at least COPY/TRANS. You must have permission to redistribute the item. If in doubt, we will be checking with the creator of the object. It must be useful to a new resident. While a Super Duper Hideaway Bed with Shower is great, its not very practical. **

3. Workshop Hosts/Leaders: We are looking for a number of different people to host various workshops and in-world tutorials, free of cost. Please provide details via a notecard to NevaNaughty Magic.

4. Submit a notecard to NevaNaughty Magic about things you wish you had known as a Newbie.

5. Submit Tutorials to NevaNaughty Magic.

Our wish for you this holiday season is that you forgive those that hurt you, embrace those that love you and above all; remember to be kind for every stranger is fighting their own battle.

We want to hear from you! We have custom scripted the ultimate new menu - like no other in SL, which will be released in the very near future. And we're looking for feedback regarding our new line of skyboxes & prefabs.

Our question is mainly geared towards landords that market rentals:
1. What is the approximate prim limit you give most of your clients?
2. What rooms are a must have in your rental units? (ie: Living Room, Bedroom, etc)
3. What are you looking for in in terms of the footprint size of the skybox?
4. How interested are you in menu controlled rezzable builds?
5. Any other specifics that you look for/require?
